John Snyder Sr. is a long standing member of Local 98. John grew up in the Grays Ferry section of the city, and is a lifelong resident of South Philadelphia. John is married and the proud father of four sons, two of which are also Local 98 members, John and Aidan.

John began his journey in the Union over 25 years ago. Throughout his time here, he has worked as a Seasonal Helper, Steward, Sub-Foreman and General Foreman.

John regularly attends meetings, goes to many functions to support our Union, and has made so many great friends along the way.
