Joe was born and raised in Chester Pennsylvania, Delaware County and currently reside in Washington Township, NJ.

Joe graduated from Brandywine High School in 1992 and then proceeded to further his education at Widener University receiving an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies in 1995.

In 1996 Joe became an Electrician at IBEW. He is a 1st generation, 27 year member of IBEW Local 98.

Joe has been married to his wife for 13 years and has been blessed with two amazing children.

Throughout his 27 year tenure at IBEW Local 98, Joe has been a Steward, Pusher, Foreman on numerous jobs.
