Dominick Anthony Basciano, has been a proud member of I.B.E.W. Local Union 98 for the past 30 years. He was born and raised in Upper Darby PA, graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1990 and entered into the apprenticeship program in 1993.

He now resides in Broomall, PA with his wife of 15 years and their two amazing children. Dominickโ€™s family is the driving force behind his work ethic each and every day.
