Tom McGarrigle was born and raised in South Philadelphia, a graduate of Saints John Neumann and Maria Goretti High School, a dedicated father to my daughter, and a proud 7-year, IBEW Local 98 member. I have always participated actively in the Union, whether at a rally, picket line, or demonstration.  I have proven that on a daily basis, by showing up whenever needed, working tirelessly, and representing myself, and this union in a professional manner. I will serve in the best interest of the members and believe that this is “our Union’ and that our members should always come first.
